Our Trainers & Instructors:

Our head trainer, Jennifer Breslin, has a strong background in the English disciplines, having shown on the A circuit as a junior, primarily in the hunter & equitation rings. For fun, she rode team penners & cutting horses for a local trainer. During college, she switched to eventing & dressage, & began galloping racehorses. After moving to Saratoga, she picked up some saddleseat as well. While each discipline has its own distinct differences, they also have a great deal of similarities as well. Solid & safe fundamentals are the key to good riding, any seat, any style & Jennifer works hard to impart those same fundamentals to all of our riders. At the same time, Jennifer strives to constantly further her own education to become a better teacher, trainer & instructor., through regular clinics & schooling sessions with other trainers of varying disciplines.

Aiden Mulholland began riding at a very young age, getting his first pony at 3, & starting his first horse when he was just 8. Having competed in both gymkhanas & the hunter jumper rings, he has focused more on bringing along young horses, starting young racehorses for clients while continuing the work with young riding horses for both the farm & his own clientele. His natural seat & balance, as well as his empathetic nature, make him perfectly suited for working with young & green horses.

Aiden has recently branched out into teaching his own students, showing an affinity for working with young children & beginner riders. Aiden will be taking on our youngest riders, & hopes to pass along not only the joy of working around horses, but also the skills & knowledge he continues to gather from his own lessons & clinic experiences.

Our Program:

Our lesson & training programs are tailored to meet the needs of each horse & rider, whether it's a beginner rider on a school horse, or an advanced rider on their own green prospect, riding once a week or several times a week. We recognize that each rider - and horse - is an individual, & learns at their own pace, & in their own way.

Lessons & training sessions are offered seven days a week, either at our main training facility, Hidden Spring Ranch in Gansevoort, NY, or at our client's facilities. School horses are available at Hidden Spring Ranch, for all levels.
